Our Refund And Returns Policy
All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. We place a high value on the quality of our products and expect that they are returned to us in the same pristine condition in which they were received. Please ensure that the products are packaged properly to prevent damage during transit. If the product is not returned to us in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Customers have the right to return any product they have purchased within a 14-day period. This period begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer’s address. We believe this gives our customers ample time to inspect the product and decide if it meets their expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
We strive to ensure all our products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a faulty product or one that does not match the description provided on our website, you have the right to return it within 30 days of delivery. You will be given the option to receive a full refund or have a replacement sent to you. We understand the disappointment that comes with receiving a product that is not as described or is defective, and we are committed to resolving such issues swiftly and satisfactorily.
While we aim to offer a flexible return policy, there are certain products that cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include custom-made or personalized items which have been made according to specific customer specifications. Because these products cannot be resold, we ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the product is faulty, SofaSpectacular will cover the return shipping costs. We will work with you to arrange the most convenient and cost-effective method of return in such cases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Our team will inspect the returned product and, if it is in compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund. Your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We will keep you informed at every step of the process.
At SofaSpectacular, we are committed to your satisfaction. If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will happily replace it with the same item. To initiate an exchange, please send us an email detailing the issue. Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
