Visit our store Stop by our store in Manchester at 12 Street, M21 3FB before 5pm on weekdays or before 3pm on Saturday to place your order.   Delivery All of our sofas and chairs are handmade to order in the UK, with our stock coming from Poland. Due to this, delivery timescales are approximately 6 weeks. Once your order is placed, our customer service will provide an estimated delivery date. Our delivery team, fully trained in getting sofas into the tightest of spots, will contact you at least 7 days prior to delivery with the anticipated day of delivery. If the initial delivery date or time is not right for you, we will happily postpone your delivery to the next time we are in your area. We deliver to any address on the UK Mainland or to a UK port of your choosing for onward shipment to Northern Ireland and any of the islands.   Returns & Refunds Customers have the right to return any product they have purchased within a 14-day period. This period begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer’s address. All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. If you receive a faulty product or one that does not match the description provided on our website, you have the right to return it within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s), but if the product is faulty, SofaSpectacular will cover the return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. At SofaSpectacular, we are committed to your satisfaction. If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will happily replace it with the same item​.

Shipping Your order will be delivered by our expert delivery team, who will contact you at least 7 days in advance to provide an estimated delivery date. Our standard delivery timescale is approximately 6 weeks from the time of order due to all our products being handmade to order and sourced from Poland. Delivery is available to any address on the UK Mainland or to a UK port of your choosing for onward shipment to Northern Ireland and any of the islands.
